Recently, multiple sets of Anxiang vision‑based counting and packaging machines have been fully packed in fumigated wooden crates and dispatched to a seal manufacturer in the United States. These units will be deployed for automatic counting and bagging of sealing rings on‑site.
Rubber sealing rings, ranging from 5‑50 mm, are soft‑bodied and easy to stack, which brings big challenges to manual counting — low efficiency and frequent miscounts. Powered by high‑resolution visual recognition algorithms, our vision counting equipment delivers reliable identification and precise counting for such parts. Matched with customized PE‑bag packaging solution, it helps the customer cut manual labour costs and boost overall throughput of downstream packaging processes.
All procedures including final machine testing, export‑grade fumigated wooden case packaging and forklift loading strictly follow overseas shipment standards to secure equipment during long‑distance ocean transportation.
This project marks another milestone for Anxiang in the North American market for fastener and sealing‑component automated packaging.
